Ingredients

1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml; 1teaspoon – 5ml;

Ingredients for the Cookie Dough:

– 1 cup Atta (wheat flour)

– 1 tablespoon Corn flour

– 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder

– 2 tablespoons Brown sugar

– 1/8 teaspoon Baking soda

– 1/4 cup Chocolate buttons

– 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence

– 1 Medium-sized Egg

– 1/4 teaspoon Rock salt

– 4 tablespoons Butter


How to make Atta Brownie Cookies

1. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate buttons. Let it cool slightly before proceeding.

3. In a large bowl, break the egg and then add the brown sugar and salt to it. Mix until they melt and egg are fully incorporated.

4. Now put a strainer on this bowl and sieve all the dry ingredients except the wheat flour.

5. Add the vanilla essence to the mixture and mix well.

6. Now add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the bowl. Stirring continuously to form a cookie dough.

7. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop out portions of the dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.

8. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingertips.

9. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly firm to the touch.

10. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

11. Once the cookies are completely cooled, they are ready to be enjoyed! You can garnish them using melted chocolate and nuts.

12. Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container to maintain their freshness.
