INGREDIENTS
1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml ; 1teaspoon – 5ml;
Wheat flour – 2/3 cup
Gram flour – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp
Ghee – 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Milk powder – 1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp
How to make atta cookies
1. Firstly take ghee and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl. Then mix them together to make a fluffy
& creamy batter.
2. After that add all the dry ingredients like wheat flour, gram flour, corn flour, cardamom powder &
baking soda. Mix them all together to make a soft dough.
3. Here you can add more flour/ghee to make the biscuit dough perfectly.
4. It’s time to shape the cookies, Meanwhile put the oven for preheating @180°C.
5. Now make it round or your favourite shape and add some pumpkin seeds in the middle and press it.
Make them all following the same process.
6. Now put the baking tray into the oven and bake them for 15 minutes.
7. It’s time to cool them for 10 minutes and then you can store in a glass jar at least for 9-10 days.
8. These Atta cookies are ready and they are so delicious that you have to try once to enjoy its taste.
