Ingredients

1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml; 1teaspoon – 5ml;

For the Potato Dough:

– 2 medium-sized boiled potatoes

– 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

– 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

– 2 tablespoons cornstarch

– 1/2 teaspoon oregano mix

– 1 tablespoon butter

– Salt to taste

To Brush the Potato Snacks:

– 1 tablespoon melted butter


How to make Baked Crispy Potato

1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).

2. In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.

3. Add chopped coriander leaves, chilli flakes, cornstarch, oregano mix, and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

4. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add it to the potato mixture. Incorporate the butter thoroughly into the dough.

5. Divide the potato dough into small portions and shape them into bite-sized balls or any desired shape.

6. Place the potato snacks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each piece.

7. Brush the snacks with melted butter using a pastry brush. This will help achieve a crispy and golden exterior.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until the potato snacks turn golden brown and crispy.

9. Once baked, remove the tray from the oven and let the potato snacks cool for a few minutes.
