INGREDIENTS

1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml ; 1teaspoon – 5ml;

Ingredients for 1 serving:

– 2 tbsp oats

– 4 pieces of dates (soaked)

– 1 tsp cocoa powder

– 1 tbsp chocolate buttons

– 1 tbsp Salted butter

– 6 pieces of cashew nuts

– ¼ cup milk

– ¼ tsp baking powder

For the toppings:

– 1 tsp oats

– 1 tbsp chocolate chips


How to make baked oats without oven

1. Begin by soaking the dates in water. Allow them to soak for approximately 10-15 minutes until they become soft.

2. Using a blender or mixer jar, combine oats, soaked dates, butter, baking powder, cashew nuts, cocoa powder, chocolate buttons, and milk. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth paste-like consistency.

3. Transfer the oats mixture to a heat-safe ceramic bowl or cup. Sprinkle some additional oats and chocolate chips on top for added texture and flavor.

4. There are two options for baking the oats: using a gas stove or an oven.

To bake on a gas stove:

5. Preheat a pan over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Place a rack inside the pan and carefully position the ceramic bowl on top of the rack. Cover the pan with a lid and bake the oats for 20-25 minutes on low heat.

To bake in an oven:

6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) in convection mode. Place the oats-filled ceramic bowl in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.

7. Once baked, remove the bowl from the heat and allow the baked oats to cool for a few minutes.
