Notes

1. To make this dish, we need chicken keema. If you don’t get the keema then go for boneless chicken or breast piece of chicken. You can easily make chicken keema by using the boneless chicken.

2. There is a easy way to make chicken keema at home. For this we need a food processor (if you don’t have this then use your mixer grinder). Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and put them into the food processor. Within no time your keema will be ready.

3. Even you can add parsley/coriander into the food processor during keema making. Make sure that the keema is soft and without hard piece of chicken.

4. Black pepper, salt and chicken are three main spices you need. You can blend in any of your favorite spices as well.

5. Main step to make perfect meatballs is good texture of the mixture and obviously the time of marination.

6. To get perfect texture follow correct amount of ingredients. If for any reason your mixture gets loose, add little more bread crumb to make it condensed.

7. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour. After adding each and every ingredients with the keema of chicken. Cover the bowl and put aside for 1 hour or so.

8. Because I have named it chicken meatballs, so I have shaped it same as like little ball. But you can give any other shape like cutlet shape or round petti shape.

9. Because I have made small size balls, so it required 15 minutes to get baked evenly. Don’t bake them more then that, else they will get harder and less juicy.

10. I have baked the Chicken Meatballs. You can deep fry them instead.

How to make Chicken Meatballs

Step 1: Firstly we need to make chicken keema. For that take boneless pieces of chicken and cut them into small pieces. After that put the chicken pieces in a food processor and make a keema paste.

Tips: I have used manual food processor here. By using this I made soft and smooth chicken keema which I needed for the dish. You can use electric food processor or a mixer grinder to make keema.

Step 2: Now take it out in a big bowl and smash it for 1 minute by a fork or spoon. It helps to understand the stickiness of the Keema.

Step 3: At this point add finely chopped garlic and coriander or parsley in the chicken and mix it well.

Tips: If you are keeping the mixture in a fridge, then take them out before 20 to 30 minutes of cooking.

  1. Great post made here. One thing I would like to say is always that most professional fields consider the Bachelors Degree like thejust like the entry level standard for an online college diploma. Even though Associate Certification are a great way to begin, completing your current Bachelors reveals many entrances to various employment opportunities, there are numerous online Bachelor Course Programs available coming from institutions like The University of Phoenix, Intercontinental University Online and Kaplan. Another thing is that many brick and mortar institutions present Online types of their diplomas but typically for a greatly higher fee than the organizations that specialize in online diploma programs.
