Instant atta cake is a popular and convenient dessert that is easy to prepare at home. “Atta” is a Hindi word that refers to whole wheat flour, and in this context, it is used to make a cake that is healthier than traditional cakes made with all-purpose flour.

Ingredients
1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml; 1teaspoon – 5ml;
– 3 pieces of chocolate cubes
– 10 grams of butter
– 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
– 2 tablespoons of atta (whole wheat flour)
– 3 tablespoons of milk
– 1 tablespoon of curd (yogurt)
– 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate Buttons
– 1 tablespoon of white chocolate chips
– 1 tablespoon of brown sugar / white sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
– A pinch of baking soda
How to make Instant Atta Cake
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 3 pieces of chocolate cubes and butter together. You can do this in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
2. Alternatively, you can melt them using a double boiler on the stovetop. Once melted, let it cool slightly.
3. In the bowl with the melted chocolate and butter mixture, add the curd, sugar and milk. Stir until well combined.
4. Sieve the all-dry ingredients including baking powder and baking soda.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring continuously until you have a smooth batter.
6. Add the chocolate buttons and white chocolate chips on top of the batter.
7. Using the microwave, microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the cake is set in the center.
8. Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven or microwave and let it cool in the tin for a few minutes.
9. one pot instant Atta cake is ready. Enjoy it as an evening snack or make it when you have less time and hungrier.
