How to make Instant Bread Pizza
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded paneer and mozzarella cheese. Add chilli flakes, salt to taste, oregano and chopped coriander leaves to the bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients well until they are evenly distributed. Set aside.
3. Place the bread slices on a clean, flat surface. Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce evenly over each bread slice.
4. Add the prepared paneer mixture over the pizza sauce on each bread slice. Ensure an even distribution of the mixture.
5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or use a heavy bottom nonstick pan or kadai (with lid).
6. Place the assembled bread pizzas on a greased baking tray or nonstick pan.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted, and the edges of the bread are crispy.
8. Once the bread pizzas are baked to perfection, remove them from the oven. Allow them to cool for a minute before slicing.
