1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml ; 1teaspoon – 5ml;
Ingredients for 1 serving
For the brownie batter
All-purpose flour (Maida) – 2 tbsp
Chocolate cubes (Big one) – 4 cubes
Salted butter – 1+1/2 tbsp
Powdered sugar – 1+1/2 tsp
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Rock salt – a pinch off
Milk (normal) – 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder – ½ tsp
For decorating purpose
Little heart biscuits – 1 piece
Chocolate chips – 1 tbsp
How to make instant cup brownie
1. Firstly take a ceramic cup, it must be microwave safe. Now add chocolate cubes & butter into it & microwave for 20-30 secs.
2. After that put a strainer on the cup. Now add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder & pinch of rock salt one by one into it. Sieve them carefully.
3. All the ingredients in cup now. Add 3 tbsp of milk into the cup to make the brownie batter perfectly.
4. Our brownie batter is ready. Add some chocolate chips & a little heart biscuit on top of the brownie batter to decorate it.
5. Put the cup inside the oven and microwave it for 80 secs.
6. Here is our instant cup brownie, it’s ready. Cool it for 5 minutes and brownie is ready to eat.
