Notes

1. Always choose malai paneer to make any paneer recipe. Malai paneer is more delicious and softer then normal paneer. Similarly you can use homemade paneer into you dish. That will be the best way to cook homemade food.

2. If you are not comfortable with onion then skip it. In that case use some cashew nuts to make your gravy thicker.

3. Don’t over fry your veggies, otherwise they will be softer and will loose the crunchiness.

4. To keep you veggies crunchy into the gravy. Add them into the gravy, 2 minutes before turning off the heat.

5. Always add the cream at the last stage of the cooking. Don’t cook fresh cream for long time.

6. If you don’t have fresh cream at you home then use 1/2 cup of milk into your gravy. You will get the same texture as fresh cream in your dish.

7. In addition, here is a tip to make your paneer softer for long. For this marinate the paneer with lemon, salt and fry them for 2-3 minutes. Then use them into your gravy and boil for 2-3 minutes.
