Lemon Cake Without Oven

How to make lemon cake without oven

1. Firstly place the kadai on gas, add 250gm of common salt to it. Now put a stand top of salt, cover the kadai with a lid and leave it to preheat.

2. Here I am using a medium size lemon, now grate its skin. And squeeze the juice from same lemon.

3. Now take a mixing bowl, add sugar & grated lemon skin (zest) into it. Scramble them for 1 minute using your hand.

4. After that add lemon juice, refined oil & milk into it. Mix them until the sugar will melt.

5. At this stage add all the dry ingredients into it. Mix them and make a smooth batter.

6. Here I have used pinch off yellow food colour & tutti frutti (food candy) to make the cake more delicious & attractive.

7. Grease a cake mould with oil or butter, put a parchment paper on it. Now pour the cake batter into it.

8. Put the baking mould on the stand into the kadai, cover it and bake the cake for 55 minutes on low heat.

9. After 55 minutes, switch off the gas and leave it for another 15 minutes to cool the cake properly.

10. Our without oven & without essence lemon cake is ready. It’s very spongy & delicious. I hope you will definitely make this cake at home. Enjoy
