INGREDIENTS

1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml ; 1teaspoon – 5ml;

For Shikanji masala

Black pepper – 1 tsp

Cumin seed – 1 tsp

Coriander seed – ½ tsp

Rock salt/black salt – 1 tsp

Chaat masala – 1 tsp

For masala Shikanji drink

Mint leaves – 8-10 pieces

Lemon juice – 4 tbsp

Chilled water – 300ml

Sprite/soda – 150ml

White sugar – 4 tbsp

Shikanji masala – 1 tbsp

How to make masala shikanji

1. Firstly we will prepare the shikanji masala. For that roast the black pepper, cumin seed and coriander seed for 3-4 minutes at low heat.

2. After that cool the masala at room temperature and blend them along with rock salt/black salt and chaat masala. Make them into a fine powder from.

3. It’s time to make masala shikanji, for that use a juice blender.

4. Here add sugar, mint leaves, shikanji masala, chilled water and soda into the blending jar. Blend them nicely.

5. This masala shikanji is ready to drink. It’s very refreshing and cooling drink for the summer.
