Ingredients:

 For the Cake Crumble:

– 2 tbsp Maida (All-Purpose Flour)

– 1 tbsp Milk Powder

– 1 tbsp Condensed Milk

– 1 tsp Salted Butter

 For the Cake Batter:

– 1/3 cup Mawa/Khoya (reduced milk)

– 1 cup Lukewarm Milk

– 2/3 cup Condensed Milk

– 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

– 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

– 1+1/4 cup Maida (All-Purpose Flour)

– 1 tsp Baking Powder

– 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

– Additional milk if required


How to make Mawa Crumble Cake

1. Grease and line a cake tin with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. To prepare the crumble, in a bowl, mix 2 tbsp Maida, 1 tbsp Milk Powder, 1 tbsp Condensed Milk, and 1 tsp Salted Butter. Use your fingers to create a crumbly texture. Set aside.

3. For the cake batter, in a separate bowl, take 1/3 cup crumble Mawa/Khoya. Add 1 cup Lukewarm Milk and mix until the khoya dissolves.

4. Now add 2/3 cup Condensed Milk, 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder, and 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil. Mix them together. Add 1+1/4 cup Maida, 1 tsp Baking Powder, and 1/4 tsp Baking Soda.

5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients, add more milk if the batter is too thick. Mix until you get a perfect cake batter.

6. Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake tin. Sprinkle the prepared crumble mixture evenly over the cake batter.

7. Place the cake tin in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

9. Once cooled, slice and serve the Mawa Crumble Cake. Enjoy!
