Millet khichdi is a delicious breakfast dish. Usually khichdi is a mix of rice and dal. But not in my dictionary, I love my khichdi with lots of veggies & spices.
When I don’t have sufficient time to prepare my lunch, then khichdi is the best option for me to cook.
But I prefer this Millet Khichdi in my breakfast. This is heavy, healthy and good food to start my day.
However it takes less time but it has sufficient nutrition to make us healthy and fit. Khichdi is a one pot recipe, it means you can make it only using only the pressure cooker.
But personally, I prefer to use proper roasted veggies into my khichdi. So I have roasted the veggies by using a fry pan and cook the khichdi into a pressure cooker.
