Notes

1. Always strain the flour before using it for anything. This process helps to prevent creating lumps. And you will get a better and soft dough for the recipe.

2. I have mentioned almost in my all blogs that measurement is the main key of each and every recipe. So follow the exact measurement and then follow the process of making. You will get the exact same dish as in the image.

3. Yeast is enough to rise up the flour, so don’t use any soda or baking powder. Or you can replace yeast by baking powder and yogurt (curd). In that case you have to spare 1 hour for fermentation.

4. If you are going to use yeast for this recipe. Then don’t boil the water to activate the yeast. Otherwise your yeast will die and it will not help to make the dough perfectly. Even the dough might not rise.

5. Always use lukewarm water to activate the yeast. Lukewarm water is when you can comfortable dip your finger into hot water without any trouble.

6. You can replace the water by lukewarm milk. It will make a slide difference in the taste of the bread. It’s totally on your choice. I have used water to knead my pizza bread dough.

7. Sugar is the main ingredient for activating the yeast. So make sure that you have added sugar with dry yeast in lukewarm water.
