How to make Paneer Naan On Tawa

1. To make the paneer stuffing, in a mixing bowl, combine shredded Paneer, finely chopped coriander leaves, crushed roasted coriander seeds, crushed roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala, and butter.

2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Season the mixture with salt to taste. Set aside the paneer stuffing for later use.

3. To make the naan dough, in a large mixing bowl, combine Maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

4. Add curd to the dry ingredients and mix well. Slowly add milk in parts, kneading the dough until it is soft and pliable.

5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes, allowing it to rise.

6. Divide the rested dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.

7. Roll out each ball into a small disc, place a portion of the paneer stuffing in the center, and seal the edges to form a stuffed ball.

8. Flatten the stuffed ball gently and roll it out into a circular or oval naan shape.

9. Brush one side of the naan with water, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and black cumin on top and roll lightly.

10. Preheat a tawa (griddle) on medium heat. Place the rolled naan on the preheated tawa. Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface, then flip the naan.

11. Brush butter on the cooked side and cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.

12. Remove the naan from the tawa and brush with additional butter for a glossy finish.
