1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml; 1teaspoon – 5ml;
Ingredients for Paneer Stuffing:
– ¼ cup Shredded Paneer
– 3 tbsp Capsicum (diced)
– ½ tsp Oregano
– ½ tsp Chilli flakes
– 1 piece Cheese slice
– Salt to taste
For Puff Pastry:
– 4 sheets (10cm x 10cm) Puff pastry sheets
How to make Paneer Puff
1. Prepare a baking tray greasing with oil/butter. Now preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded paneer, diced capsicum, oregano, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt. Mix them well.
3. Take one puff pastry sheet and place a small portion of the paneer mixture in the center.
4. Add a small piece of cheese slice on top of the paneer mixture. Fold the puff pastry sheet diagonally to form a triangle, sealing the edges.
5. Repeat this process for the remaining pastry sheets and filling.
6. Place the prepared paneer puffs on the greased baking tray.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the puffs turn golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove the paneer puffs from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
9. Serve them hot with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
