Notes

1. We need to soak the poppy seeds for 10 minutes before using it into the recipe. Soaked posto (poppy seeds) is easy to make paste and helpful for the dish.

2. Don’t add extra water to make lose batter. We need little tight batter for this posto bora recipe.

3. Instead of deep fry you can make it on a non stick pan. In that case you have to sprinkle little oil on the pan and then fry them on low heat.

4. Here I have included regular cumin seeds in my recipe. If you want you can skip it or replace it by black cumin seeds.

5. Don’t skip the onions. Onion adds a unique taste in this posto bora and make it more  delicious and tasty.

6. Be careful during frying. Don’t over fry them, Its taste will be bitter if fry them till dark brown in color.

7. Soak the poppy seeds or posto properly, otherwise the paste will not come out as we need. Here we need little grainy paste of it, so don’t over blend the poppy seeds.
