3. Gradually add milk to the mixture and knead it into a smooth dough. Ensure that the dough is well combined but not overworked.
4. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into small balls. Gently press down each cookie ball and make some design using a knife or make you own favorite one.
5. Place each ball on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
6. Brush the top of each cookie with a little milk and sprinkle chopped pista nuts on top of each cookie, gently pressing them in.
7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
8. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
9. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Your sugar-free milk cookies are ready to be enjoyed! These cookies are perfect for tea time or as a guilt-free snack.
Note: Adjust the baking time based on your oven, as baking times may vary. Store the cookies in an airtight container to maintain their freshness.
