Suji Ka Halwa is a easy to make dish, it takes no more than 10-15 minutes to wrap it up from start to finish.
There are many types of semolina available in market. Some of semolina granules are very thick and some of very fine.
And also they are known by different name like chiroti rawa /suji, dalia rawa, bansi rawa etc.
Today I am going to use one of them all above and that chiroti suji. This suji granules are very fine and also good to make sweet halwa or upma.

Notes
How to cook suji ka halwa
Step 1: Firstly we need to roast the semolina or suji. So take a warm fry pan and put the suji into it. Roast the suji for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring it continuously. Otherwise it will get burnt.
Step 2: Now shift the pan from the stove and then pour the 1+1/2 cup of milk into it. On this point add the cardamoms into the milk & mix them well. Now move the pan again on the the stove.
Tips: Be careful during the pouring of milk. There is a chance of sudden boiling of the milk or water, which can throw some granules of hot suji to your hand.
Step 3: Cook the suji for 1 minute and then add 5 tbsp. of sugar into it. Mix them all together very well.
Step 4: In that point add the the roasted walnuts and raisins into it. Mix them all.
Step 5: At last add 2 tbsp. of ghee (clarified butter) and mix them. I love little dried suji, so that I cook the suji for 5 minutes.
