INGREDIENTS

1cup-240ml; 1tablespoon – 15ml ; 1teaspoon – 5ml;

Tender coconut (with malai) – 1 large size

Sugar – 2 tbsp


Tender Coconut Popsicle

How to make tender coconut popsicle

1. Firstly choose a tender coconut which have both coconut (malai) and sweet water.

2. Now cut the coconut and pour its water in a mixer container. Scoop out the malai from the same coconut and add it in same container.

3. Where I have added 2 tbsp of sugar along with the coconut and the coconut water, but you can skip that if you want.

4. It’s time to blend them together to get a smooth and creamy mixture. Popsicle mixture is ready.

5. Now take a popsicle mould and pour the mixture into it. Add the ice cream sticks from the top and freeze it for overnight.

6. Our creamy and tasty tender coconut popsicle is ready now. Take them out whenever you want and enjoy this summer with your friend and family.
