For making the red part
Watermelon juice – 1&1/2 cup

Milk – ¼ cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
For the green part
Water – ¼ cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Green food color – pinch off
How to make tri-color ice-cream
1. To begin, prepare the watermelon juice by combining it with sugar and salt. Ensure to strain the juice well.
2. Pour the watermelon juice into an ice cream mold, filling it about 2/3 of the way. Freeze the mold for approximately 4 hours.
3. Once the initial freezing is complete, remove the mold from the freezer and pour a mixture of milk and sugar over the frozen watermelon layer, using 2 tablespoons for each ice cream. Place the mold back in the freezer and allow it to freeze for another 4 hours.
4. Now it’s time for the final step. Prepare a mixture of green food color, sugar, and water. Fill the ice cream mold with this mixture to create the last layer. Finally, freeze the mold to achieve the desired final result.
